The Park Varsity Cheerleading team is a year round activity. Tryouts for the squad are held in the spring. During the summer the team has practices, performs in the Racine 4th of July Parade, and attends summer camps. Throughout the fall season the team performs at home and away football games, the fall sports assembly, and the homecoming game.
We also host a kiddie clinic with Park Poms. During the winter season the squad performs at home basketball games, at the winter sports assembly, in the Racine Holiday Parade, all in addition to participating in competitions. We were most recently a WACPC State qualifier in 2014. The team also volunteers at various events throughout the year. We are a team that truly becomes one big family.
