High School Summer School

High School Summer School credit recovery coursework is for students who need to retake coursework for classes previously failed or not completed.

How do I register?

Is your student currently attending an RUSD school? 
Yes - Move on to Step 3 
No - Complete Step 2

Enroll in RUSD.

Students should meet with their counselor to register for Summer School.

Communication will be sent to family/student via email about scheduled courses, technology, and enrollment (if needed).
Monitor email and electronic communication for updates and instructions prior to the first day of Summer School.


All Summer School coursework must be completed by Thursday, July 27, or the student will need to start the coursework over.

Schedule

Summer School is offered Monday – Thursday starting Monday, June 24 and ending Thursday, August 1.

NO SCHOOL on July 3 and 4

Classes are from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 10:05 a.m. -  11:35 a.m. 

Breakfast: 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Session 1: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Passing Time: 10:00 AM - 10:05 AM
Session 2: 10:05 AM - 11:35 AM
Lunch: 11:35 AM

Locations

Horlick HS students will attend Gilmore Fine Arts
Park HS students will attend Park High School
Case HS students will attend Park High School
Racine Alternative Learning students will attend RAL

Students can also contact their counselor for more information regarding enrollment if they have questions regarding classes.
