🎉 Thank You for a Fantastic First Week, Phoenix Families! 🧡🔥

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and partnership during our first week! Arrival is running smoothly, and we will continue working to improve the flow of dismissal.

🚗 Please remember: Do NOT exit your vehicle while in the pickup line. If you want to walk up to meet your child, please park in the lot or legally on a surrounding street first. Thank you to our middle school families using the south side/Ohio Street pickup area for students and siblings—it really helps!

⏰ Morning Schedule: Doors open at 8:05. K–2 report to the Elementary Gym, 3–5 to the Elementary Cafeteria, and 6–8 to the Middle School Cafeteria. At 8:17, students transition to class. Instruction begins at 8:27, and students arriving after 8:27 are considered tardy.

Beginning next week, K–8 students should independently enter and report to their morning locations. Staff will be there to help! Parents who need to enter the building must report to the main office with a photo ID, sign in, and receive a visitor pass. Our 4K arrival procedure remains the same.

Starbuck's International Baccalaureate (IB) students made an impact this year with their capstone projects!

For the IB Primary Years Programme Exhibition, students showcased what they learned through inquiry, explored real-world issues that mattered to them, took meaningful action, and shared their learning with the community.

Through the IB Middle Years Programme Community Project, students identified a need in our community, planned and completed a meaningful project, worked independently, and reflected on the impact they made along the way.

Students, we're proud of the work you did to make our world a better place! 🌎🕊️ #YouBelongHere

🌱🪑 Taking Action to Make the World a Better Place! 🪑🌱

We are incredibly proud of a group of our 8th grade students who recently completed their MYP Community Project by designing, building, and donating Leopold benches to the Racine Urban Garden Network.

The benches were delivered to one of the network's community gardens that had recently renovated several garden beds but did not have a seating area for volunteers and visitors to enjoy the space. Garden leaders and volunteers were thrilled to receive this thoughtful donation!

This project is a wonderful example of the IB mission in action. Our students identified a community need, used their skills and creativity to address it, and took meaningful action to make a positive impact.

Thank you to our students for demonstrating what it means to be caring, principled, and committed to serving others. We are proud of the difference you are making in the Racine community!
