The annual all-school winter concert is next week and this is the first year on the new stage! With that comes a new format and logistics - here’s what you need to know:

When? - Wednesday, December 17th, 2025
4:30-5:00 Doors Open / PTO Sale
5:00-5:45 4K-2nd Concert (Doors Close)
5:45-6:15 Doors Open / PTO Sale
*6:15-7:00 3rd-5th Concert (Doors Close)
*updated to allow enough time for transition between shows!

Who? - All 4K-5th grade students are encouraged (but not required!) to join their classmates on stage to perform. During their concert, students will sit with their grade level on the bleachers. Families, friends, and the community are invited to enjoy the performances!

Where? - The *New* SCJ Gymnasium (enter through the front doors by the office and follow the signs)

What else? There is no dress code - students are welcome to wear rock and roll, holiday, and/or anything that makes them feel comfortable and confident (and is school appropriate)! The PTO will be fundraising with concession sales before the concerts! *Please be seated by the start of the concert - out of respect for the performers, late arrivals will need to wait until a grade level transition to enter, thank you!*

Happy Thanksgiving
Congrats to these 2 amazing educators for all they do to advocate for all our students! We recognized and celebrated both of them at our 1st ever Silent Assembly! Yes, instead of blaring music that is sometimes too much for some of our most amazing students, we taught our students how to celebrate using ASL! Silent hands waving all over!🫶🏼🙌🏼 Ms. Garofalo- Special Ed Teacher - She has been an amazing addition to our staff! Her heart is so huge for our students! She is such a team player and has the patience of a saint! She shows up daily with a smile on her face and a positive attitude! Ms. Scott- OT/PT - She is such a supportive part of our students success! Sometimes OT/PT feels like just a separate service, but Ms. Scott is one of us and part of our SCJ Family! She is always offering assistance to all of our students! She is always willing to support our staff with additional resources or services! Thank you both for your incredible service and passion for our students!🚌🛶💙💛#KeepOnRowing
