The Academies of Racine at Horlick junior Juan Rojas is our latest youth apprentice to sign on with a company! He will be doing carpentry work for JH Findorff, with his first job being at Walden III!

In addition to carpentry, Juan will work alongside electricians and plumbers with an opportunity to shadow other trades.

At his signing ceremony, Juan received a full set of tools from Findorff, gas cards from AGC to help him get to and from work and more. Congratulations! #YouBelongHere

Summer EBT Program

June 3rd, 2025 at the Academies of Racine Horlick, we will be celebrating America's 250th birthday by wearing red, white, and blue for the day! Other events and activities will also be happening throughout the day!

Visit the cafeteria during Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, 5/26 and 5/27 to show you are following the Rebel Market to get entered into a drawing for some cool merch and help out the Business and Marketing Capstone students as they promote our school store!

Seniors last full day of school will be June 4th

Graduation Rehearsal: June 5th
8:30 am in field house: Information that will be discussed, Graduation Information as well as processional and recessional practice
1) Students can wear cords/medals if they want. They should NOT wear caps and gowns.
2) Pay final fines/fees, turn in computers, turn in parking passes
3) ALL students and staff can wear Rep your Future gear
4) Any remaining awards will be handed out

Classroom Collaboration. Mr. Chuey Gonzalez's Engineering class used their 3D printers to make this airplane model for Mr. Robby Collum's Aviation classes. Mr. Collum can use this model to show his students the inside of a passanger jet airliner.

NAMI is hosting a Game Plan for Mental Health Youth Summit on May 20th, 2026 from 5-8pm at the George Bray Center in Racine, Wisconsin.

It will include many amazing events, interactive activities, youth-led discussions, hands-on workshops focused on mental wellness, and skill-building opportunities in teamwork, confidence, and leadership!
