End of Year Sale
Educators Credit Union would like to give a shout out to everyone who came in and used the branch this year. Their last day open is this Thursday, May 29th. Be sure to stop in for anything you need and stay in touch this summer by utilizing online banking or visiting them at any of their community branches! We will be adding students to Student Government for the 25/26 school year. If interested, please complete the application form by May 30. If you are accepted, you will be notified by June 6th. If you submitted an application earlier this year, there is no need to resubmit. We will consider your application. Student Government meets during advisory every day. There is a requirement of 20 hours per semester outside of school to remain in the program. This is done by setting up, working, or taking down school events. Stop by the branch to learn more! The EnQuest Overnight camp for students exiting 9th, 10th or 11th grade will be held July 27 – August 1 with check-in and an orientation on Sunday evening, July 27. The overnight group will get first-hand experience with UWM’s biomedical engineering research in the Mobility Lab – and also gain exposure to diverse work across many engineering fields. Here is a link to the EnQuest Overnight Camp registration form. The EnQuest Day Camp for students exiting 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade will be held August 11 - 15, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm each day with a central project customizing a solar power station for an off-grid community in Guatemala that UWM's Engineers Without Borders student chapter will deliver. Campers will build on the experience of past EnQuest projects for other Guatemalan locations. They’ll break from the project to flex their skills in other areas too.
