A combination of snow and wind will hit our area right in the heart of after-school bussing today, likely creating slick roads and reduced visibility. Our bus drivers will be cautious (as always) but please know students may be late arriving home.

The days are getting shorter, the sun is shining less and these seasonal changes can definitely take a toll on our mental health. The good news is, there are ways to curb not only the winter blues, but also promote mental wellness all year round. Let's have some FUN during lunch! Next week Friday (9/20/24) we are hosting a fun Third Friday event for our students! Aramark will provide every student with an opportunity to enjoy a walking taco for lunch if they wish. Jackson's Cool Cups will be on the playground to give away sno cones to students that want one. We will also have ice cream on hand to pass out to those that may not get a sno cone or that want ice cream instead. Thank you to our PTA volunteers for helping us make this a successful event.
