Huge thanks to Business World Wisconsin for hosting us and giving our students such a hands-on, real-world learning experience!

We are excited to announce that the inaugural March Mathness: ALEKS Math Challenge kicks off today! Students across the district are competing against one another to see which middle school can complete the most ALEKS topics today, Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 13. Ask your child for more information, encourage them to put in the work and cheer them on!

They made over three gallons of soup to donate to Empty Bowls Racine today! We are so proud of their hard work, generosity, and commitment to giving back to the community. 💙🍲

Our students highlighted them for creating learning experiences that are Relevant, Engaging, and Authentic each and every day. Thank you both for your dedication, creativity, and the meaningful impact you make in our classrooms! 👏

Yesterday, The Academies of Racine Schulte had the honor of hosting a Math Conference from the Mathematics Institute of Wisconsin! 🧮✨
At the end of the day, a few of our Ambassadors led guests on a tour of our beautiful new building. We are so proud to showcase our space and even prouder to be Vikings! 💙

Nice job, boys — keep up the great work! 💪🔥

Students worked through breakout-style challenges to earn clues and unlock locks, finishing by using Chromebooks to code a micro:bit. Along the way, they learned what AI is, how it can help, what information is appropriate to share, and how to analyze AI-generated data.
This opportunity was made possible through a generous grant from Microsoft. We are incredibly grateful for their support and also want to thank our amazing RUSD staff who helped make this event a success!

Today is Internet Safety Day. Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) is a horrific crime that targets some of the most vulnerable people in our communities — children and teens. Resources for education, prevention and intervention of CSEA can be found at https://www.dhs.gov/know2protect
If you know of an incident, you can report it at the bottom of any Know2Protect webpage, by calling 988 for crisis support or 911 for an emergency.
The attached list provides ten steps you can take to prevent CSEA and create a safe digital experience for your child.
