Gifford School has held Veterans Day celebrations for the last 23 years, with this year's program being led by the school's 6th graders. This year's theme focused on the army's upcoming 250th anniversary.
Activities included 4th graders singing the Armed Forces Medley, artwork displays, research projects, veteran family member visits and guest speakers, including Donald Jung, who spoke with students about his life in the army during the Korean War. #YouBelongHere
