🦉🔍 7th Grade Scientists at Work! Our 7th graders had an exciting hands-on science experience today as they dissected owl pellets! Students worked together to investigate bones, study food chains, and make real-world connections to our ecosystems. They were fully engaged, curious, and a little grossed out—the perfect recipe for great learning! 😄 Huge shout-out to Dr. Wahl for creating such meaningful, memorable lessons. Proud of our young scientists! 🧪✨

🌟 7th Grade STEM Field Trip Highlight! 🌟

Our 7th graders had an incredible day exploring the world of science, technology, engineering, and manufacturing at the STEM Middle School Expo held at the SC Johnson iMET Center! 🚀🔧🤖

Students rotated through hands-on, high-interest sessions, including:

⚡ Electrical Engineering – experimenting with circuits, energy systems, and how electricity powers our world.

🎓 Intro to Gateway – learning about STEM pathways, programs, and future opportunities at Gateway Technical College.

🤖 Robotics in Advanced Manufacturing – seeing industrial robots in action and discovering how automation drives today’s industries.

🛠️ VR Welding – stepping into a virtual welding lab to practice MIG and TIG techniques in a safe, immersive environment.

🎮 eSports – exploring competitive gaming, team strategy, shoutcasting, and the growing careers behind the industry.

🏭 iMET Center Tour – walking through innovation labs, seeing CNC machinery, and watching Gateway students bring projects to life.

💡 Learning Innovation at iMET – discovering how smart technology connects machines, sensors, and data to shape the future.

Our students were engaged, curious, and excited about the possibilities ahead. Huge thank-you to Gateway Technical College and SC Johnson iMET Center for an inspiring day of learning! 🙌✨

🏐 Red Apple at Schulte Boys Volleyball! 🏐 What an exciting match at Schulte today! The scoring was incredibly close in all three sets. Red Apple battled hard—dropping the first two sets but coming back strong to win the final one. We’re proud of the effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship our boys showed on the court. Great job, Red Apple! ❤️🍎💪

Our kindergartners had a hands-on STEAM lesson today where they designed and built their own paintbrushes. Students experimented with creating dots, skinny lines, and fat lines using different materials. It was a good mix of creativity and problem-solving, and they enjoyed seeing how their designs worked in action.
