RUSD has partnered with local organizations to address issues surrounding Children’s Mental Health through a collaborative convened by The Johnson Foundation. Through the work of the Racine Collaborative for Children’s Mental Health, we have launched school-based mental health clinics as well as a community clinic serving all K-12 families in Racine at the Community Pathways Campus. We hope to add more school-based mental health clinics in the future.
These clinics work with children, their parents, family members and other people important to them to teach valuable mental health skills that will benefit their relationship to their child in the future.
