You must provide proof of address under parent/guardian’s name.
Preferred documents(Any information provided must be current - within 2 months):
• WE Energies bill
• Lease
• Deed
• Check Stub
• Any documents from the state
• Letter of confirmation from the Post Office or email from the Post Office with confirmation number
Any documents can be scanned or photographed and sent via email to enrollment.center@rusd.org.
