Case High School Food Truck Exhibition Hosted By The Culinary Arts Pathway Classes

The Culinary Arts Pathway classes are hosting the J.I. Case High School Food Truck Exhibition in mid December. As part of their work on food service and management skills, students are learning and studying about what it takes to own and operate a food truck in a professional competition setting. Students put together a theme, logo, slogan, menu, business plan, and model food truck to demonstrate and apply what they learned about this part of the culinary industry.

Students are presenting their food truck models and preparing a sampling of the food from their menus on Wednesday, December 13th from 5:00-7:00pm. This event is open to the community and all proceeds help fund the Culinary Arts Program at J.I. Case High School.
