SC Johnson has a half-day and full-day 4-Year-Old Kindergarten program that equips children with school readiness skills needed for kindergarten and beyond. Teachers are specially trained to work with this younger population and use curriculum tools that keep students busy and learning.
Teachers also use a screening tool called the Ages and Stages Questionnaire. This helps teachers and parents understand where their preschooler needs support in the developmental stages.
4K Schedules:
- AM 4K (English): 7:20 am - 10:20 pm
- PM 4K (Spanish): 11:11 am - 2:11 pm
- Full Day 4K: 7:20 am - 2:11 pm
Enrollment
Please register your child online here or at the Welcome Center, 3109 Mt. Pleasant St. Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will need to submit your child's birth certificate or baptismal record, proof of address and an immunization record to enroll. Space for 4K is limited at certain sites, so parents are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
