Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Resources for Students and Families

Second Step: Second Step gives students the tools to excel in and out of the classroom, demonstrating student progress in emotion management, situational awareness, and academic achievement, utilizing age-appropriate games, activities, and media to engage students and set them on a path to lifelong success.

Inner Explorer: Inner Explorer is a series of 5-10 minute audio-guided mindfulness practices that help regulate their brains for learning.  These practices teach kids practical techniques to appropriately handle difficult emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger and more. During our time away from school, Inner Explorer is offering their practices for FREE to support you and your family. Inner Explorer invites you to download the mindfulness app for families by clicking this link and following the directions provided.
