Food Service Account Payments
Due to the COVID pandemic we will no longer accept cash or check payments in our school cafeterias. All funds must be added to your child's account using our RevTrak online payment system, or by contacting the Food Service office at 262-631-7082 to process a payment by phone.
To pay online with RevTrak, you will need to have your student’s ID number. Payments made before 8:30 a.m. will be credited to your child’s account on that day and payments made after 8:30 a.m. will be credited the following day. Please note that online payments are the most secure form of payment. Use the Auto-Replenish feature to set up automatic payment to your student's food service account.
Students are not permitted to charge items or purchase items on credit, if your child has a negative balance, they will not be permitted to purchase 'a la carte items.
Your child(ren)'s food service account balance from the end of the 2019-2020 school year will automatically roll over to the 2020-2021 school year. You are responsible for the payment of all previous year meal charges for your child(ren).
Food Service Account Balance Emails
Balance Alert Emails can now be sent directly to your home or work email to notify you when your child’s account is getting low. Emails will be sent out each week on Thursday after 4 pm. Please email the Food Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up for these alerts and include your student's first and last names and the school he/she attends. If your email is already on file with the food service software, you will continue to receive the balance emails. Only one email can be added per child.
