Fee Schedule

2020-2021 school year fee schedule

The Racine Unified School District Fee Schedule is established each year by the Chief Financial Officer for student and school related fees. Please click on the link above to view the current year’s fee schedule. All fines and fees will be added to your student’s account in Infinite Campus and can be viewed on the Parent Portal.

Materials and Supplies fees for students in grades 3K-5 and Textbooks and Materials fees for students in grades 6-12 are assessed each year. All other district fees are added to your students account based on your child participating in Athletics, Band, Orchestra or certain classes at the middle and high school level.

Fines for lost or damaged property of Racine Unified School District such as library books, textbooks, technology, musical instruments, locks or IDs are assessed to the child responsible at cost. Library books, textbooks or locks that are returned to Racine Unified School District in good condition will have the fine removed from the student’s account.

Certain fees assessed are subject to a waiver if the student qualifies for the Free or Reduced Meal Program. Fines are not able to be waived.

How can I view my child’s fees?
You can view your child’s fees by signing in to the Parent Portal online or on your mobile device and selecting Fees on the left hand side of the screen.

How do I pay?
Payment is due at your earliest convenience. These fees can be paid in person at your child’s school with cash or check, online with a credit card or eCheck at No processing fees apply!

If you need to apply for the Free or Reduced Meal Program, please fill out an online application here. A completed Sharing Information with Other Programs form must be received to waive student fees. Be sure to list all students in your household on the application and waiver. Fee waivers for previous school years must be on file in order to waive applicable fees and can be obtained via email or from your child’s school. Meal applications must be completed each school year.

Your student may not be able to participate in future school events if all fines and fees are not paid and/or waived.

If you have any questions in regard to library fines please contact your school librarian. All other fine and/or fee questions can be directed to the Finance Department at 262-631-7082 or by emailing
