Effective March 31, 2019, the Racine Unified School District, as part of the Wisconsin Association of Public Purchasers (WAPP) consortium agency, will be posting its bids, requests for proposals (RFP) or qualifications (RFQ) and quotes online with DemandStar.
Please be advised that the Racine Unified School District will no longer accept manual vendor applications. During the transition to DemandStar, the Racine Unified School District will continue to fax or mail solicitations as needed and vendor lists will be maintained on the DemandStar system.
