College and Career Readiness Indicators

placeholder

Going forward, every Racine Unified graduate must meet the following requirements:

  • District graduation requirements
  • Participate in a Career Pathway course sequence
  • Complete an academic and career plan
  • To be college and/or career ready, graduates must also accomplish college, career and life indicators

"We want to make sure our high school graduates have the skills, knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in life, whether attending college or starting a job. This readiness is based on a larger, community-focused approach that offers students the academic preparation, skills training, life planning and social support and resources," said Dan Thielen, chief of secondary transformation.
