Doing business with the Racine Unified School District just got easier.
Effective March 31, 2019, the Racine Unified School District, as part of the Wisconsin Association of Public Purchasers (WAPP) consortium agency, will be posting its bids, requests for proposals (RFP) or qualifications (RFQ) and quotes online with www.onvia.com/WAPP.
Please be advised that the Racine Unified School District will no longer accept manual vendor applications. During the transition to Onvia DemandStar, the Racine Unified School District will continue to fax or mail solicitations as needed and vendor lists will be maintained on the Onvia DemandStar system.
Subscription to Onvia DemandStar offers your company a number of important benefits:
- Free access to procurement opportunities from all WAPP members on the Onvia DemandStar network (e.g. City of Green Bay, City of Madison, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College – NWTC, City of Eau Claire, etc.)
- Automatic and immediate notification of procurement opportunities
- Access to bidding documents, addenda, bid results 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If your business currently subscribes to Onvia Services, and its service territory includes the entire State of Wisconsin, or a larger area, the service connecting your business to WAPP is already included in the
subscription. You will not need to take any action.
Onvia also offers additional subscription services covering local, state, regional, or national geographic territories, however Vendors are not required to pay for access to participating WAPP member
Vendors may register on-line at www.onvia.com/WAPP (not the general Onvia DemandStar, or Onvia, Website) to ensure free automatic notification of and access to solicitations for bids, proposals, and
price quotes, as well as other procurement information.
