McKinley Middle School Students Learn from the Pros

A group of students from McKinley Middle School spent the day learning from the pros during a field trip to A&E Manufacturing in Racine. The students, who are part of Ms. Dickerts Individual & Societies IB class, were selected to be part of a Racine Rotary Club: Career Discovery Team as part of McKinley’s Career Discovery Solution (CDS) program.

During the trip, students got hands-on experience at A&E Manufacturing where they learned about engineering and what it takes to run a successful business. At the end of the day the students were given a business problem to solve and have to report back to A&E Manufacturing in two weeks.
