Former Case High School Swimmer to Compete at World Swimming Championships


Former Case High School student Dominic Ricchio has been named to the USA Deaf Swimming Team and will compete in the 2015 World Deaf Swimming Championships in San Antonio, Texas, later this month. 

Ricchio graduated from Case High School in 2014. Currently, he swims for the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. At the world competition, Ricchio will be swimming the 200- and 400-yard freestyle events as well as the 100- and 200-yard backstroke events. Twenty-four countries will compete in the World Deaf Swimming Championships on Aug. 17-22.
