RUSD Congratulates 16 IB Full Diploma Candidates

Congratulations to the 16 International Baccalaureate (IB) Full Diploma candidates from Case High School this year. They have completed a lot of work to get to this point!

The 16 Full Diploma Senior Candidates were celebrated on April 27 after school by family, friends, teachers and administrators for having completed and submitted their 4,000 word Extended Essays for assessment to an IB examiner. 

The subjects this year included English, Language Acquisition (German), History, Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry. All six copies will be housed in the Case Library as exemplars for future Full Diploma candidates.

Also, thank you to the following teachers for their voluntary supervision of the students' Extended Essays: Nicola Malacara – English, Kari Morey – English, Amy Hanson – English, Herr Zydzik – German, Jennifer Humphreys – History, Christopher Gerard – History, Kevin Roth – Psychology, Michael Johnson – Biology and Marisa Fellion – Chemistry.

This summer, these 16 Full Diploma candidates will learn if they have achieved the number of points necessary to receive the IB Full Diploma.
